Terms of service
In force from 28 August 2026. Personal data is covered by a separate privacy policy.
This is a translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is the binding one; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish text prevails.
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by Marlena Koleśnik P.P.H.U. GALLART, Kazimierza Pużaka 51D, 38-400 Krosno, Polska, NIP 6842426139, REGON 180556930. Contact: kamil@gallart.pl, +48 668 318 301. We reply on working days, usually the same day.
2. What RolCut is
RolCut arranges artwork on a sheet or a roll and produces two files: one for printing and one carrying the cut contour for your cutter. The service runs in a browser and through an API. It requires an account and an internet connection.
3. Your account and your shop
You create the account yourself. One account corresponds to one shop — its settings, recipes and job history. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for whatever is done once signed in. The account must not be shared with anyone outside your company.
4. Plans and payment
A new account gets 7 days on the full plan at no charge and with no card. After that, export requires a paid plan: €49 per month or €499 per year — amounts are net of tax, which is added according to the buyer's country and tax status. Previewing a layout does not require an active plan.
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe. The subscription renews automatically for the following period. An invoice is issued after each payment and is available in the billing section.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in the Subscription section of the panel — access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and no renewal takes place. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Cancelling does not delete your account: settings, recipes and history stay, and export comes back when you renew. If the service does not work as described, write to us before the end of the billing period and we will refund the current period.
6. Your files
The artwork you upload remains yours. It is stored under a separate object-storage prefix assigned to your shop; an API key belonging to another shop has no technical means of reaching it. We use it solely to carry out the file preparation you asked for.
Files remain available for at least 30 days from upload and are not deleted automatically today. We will delete them on request — write to the contact address. Automatic deletion after the retention period of your plan will be introduced with advance notice by email.
7. Data processing agreement
If your files contain personal data, we enter into a data processing agreement — we prepare it on request, before work begins. Write to the contact address and we will send the document for signature.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available without interruption, but we do not guarantee any particular level of availability. Where possible, maintenance is scheduled outside print shop working hours.
RolCut prepares files; it does not replace a pre-press check. You are responsible for reviewing the preview and the finished files before starting the machine. Our liability is limited to the amount paid over the last twelve months, except for damage caused intentionally.
9. Changes to these terms
We announce changes by email to the address given at registration, at least fourteen days before they take effect. If you do not accept them, you may cancel before that date.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are settled by the court with jurisdiction over the provider's registered address. RolCut is a tool for businesses and is not directed at consumers.
